Managed IT Services for the Central County Fire Department

Description: The Central County Fire Department (CCFD) intends to contract with an IT Managed Services provider to provide outsourced IT Support and Systems Management in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Scope of Managed Services within this Request for Proposal (RFP). See RFP below for details. Deadline for submittal shall be September 24, 2026, by no later than 5:00 p.m. Late submittals will not be considered; no exceptions.

• August 21, 2026 – Last Day to Submit Questions for Clarification received by CCFD 
• August 28, 2026 – Clarifications Issued by CCFD 
• September 24, 2026 – Deadline for Receipt of Proposals 
• October 8, 2026 – Notification of Finalist
• Week of October 19, 2026 – Interview of Finalist
• TBD – Finalist’s Presentation to Board of Directors
