A request may be submitted to propose an alternate means of protection or methods of construction in place of complying with a specific code requirement, in cases where site or building conditions may pose difficulty in code compliance. Proposed mitigations must address the intent of the code requirement alternatively.

Payable by exact cash or check only to Central County Fire Department.
